Catch a double booking before it costs you a room
Every appointment carries a real service and a real client, pulled from your catalog and your roster. When a booking overlaps existing work, lands outside a provider's hours, or reaches for a room that is already spoken for, Anyura raises the conflict and makes someone override it on purpose. You can still double book when you mean to. You just cannot do it by accident.

Time off, breaks and the hours you do not sell
Recurring time blocks cover vacation, lunch, training, and every window that should never be bookable. Closed hours are shaded right on the grid and a live time indicator tracks the working day, so the schedule tells the truth without anyone having to remember the policy.
Google Calendar, both directions, one provider at a time
Each provider connects their own Google account. Clinic appointments mirror out, personal events come back in, and a dentist appointment at three o'clock blocks the grid without anyone announcing it. Sync runs per provider, so each calendar stays under the control of the person it belongs to.
Rooms, lasers and stations booked with the visit
Resource scheduling reserves physical capacity against the service, so the laser bay, the treatment room, or the station goes on the calendar with the appointment instead of on a sticky note. Capacity conflicts surface exactly the way provider conflicts do.

An appointment is the front door to the whole visit. Staff open checkout, capture before and after photos, collect consent, and write the encounter note without ever leaving the flow. Provider column order is a clinic-wide preference that holds on every device until somebody rearranges it on purpose. Individual users keep their own display settings for card size and which day the week starts on, because the front desk and the medical director do not read a schedule the same way.
