Is there a contract?
Yes. The engagement runs annually, per location.
If we leave, do we keep our records?
Yes, and you can take them at any time, not only on the way out. Everything, in a format you can open, photos included, with no exit fee.
Are there fees that are not on this page?
No. The plan, then payment processing and SMS at what they cost us. Both are passed through with the arithmetic shown rather than marked up, and there is no third line.
Do you take a cut of what we charge clients?
No. Nothing we charge moves with your prices, your volume or your ticket size. The money settles into your own account; we are not in the path of it.
Is there a free trial?
Not a self-serve one. Anyura is in private PMF trials before public launch, so the way in is a walkthrough with us and a clinic we set up properly rather than an empty account and a countdown.
How long until we are live?
Days to weeks, mostly decided by how much history comes with you. Migration from your current stack is part of the engagement, not a professional services line item.
What support is included?
All of it. Support is in the plan rather than sold as a tier, so the answer you get does not depend on which plan you are on.
Can we keep our own payment processing?
The account is yours. Payments run through Stripe Connect as direct charges into your own connected account — you are the merchant of record, with the Stripe Dashboard, the payouts and the disputes in your hands. Cards are taken through the browser, so a laptop or an iPad is the terminal and there is no reader to buy.
If we leave, can we take our data?
Yes. Every report exports to CSV, and the audit trail exports to CSV and PDF for any period you define. Your Stripe account was never ours to hand back.
What does the plan include?
All core capabilities — the eight modules, from Calendar and Patient Record through Payments, Inventory and Insights. Support and migration are included rather than quoted separately.
How does pricing work across locations?
The engagement is per location, monthly. A group runs the same suite at every location; Pro and Max add the multi-location rails on top of it.
Which plan has the AI?
Pro includes the Anyura AI assistant. Max adds the layer around it — reports narrated in plain language, every answer grounded before it is shown, saved segments and pinned metrics, and PDF, CSV and tax-packet renders. Both are marked preview, because the AI ships with its flags disabled.
How do I get a figure for my clinic?
Tell us the clinic and your monthly visit volume — that is the whole ask — and it goes to the founder.
