Treatment Types

Built around the treatments you actually perform

Most clinic software treats every service as a sixty minute block with a price on it. That works for a haircut. It does not work for a treatment measured in units, drawn from a lot with an expiry date, delivered on a device that only one room has, sold as a course of six, and documented well enough to defend a year later. Anyura is shaped around those differences, because in an aesthetic clinic they are the work.

06 sections

Injectables, counted by the unit

Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, Jeuveau and Daxxify are charged and charted by the unit, not by the visit. Dermal fillers such as Juvederm, Restylane and RHA are drawn by the syringe, and biostimulators like Sculptra and Radiesse are sold as a course. Anyura tracks the product down to the lot it came from, so twenty units charted is twenty units off the vial, with the expiry date and the lot number captured at the point of care. Injection sites, consent and before and after photos are documented inside the same visit, and the note routes for medical director approval like any other chart.

Lasers and devices, booked as capacity rather than time

Laser hair removal, IPL and photofacial, fractional CO2 resurfacing, RF microneedling and tattoo removal all have a constraint a calendar usually ignores: the device. Resource scheduling reserves the laser bay, the room or the station along with the provider, so two patients are never promised the same machine. Series based treatments are sold as prepaid packages that decrement session by session, credentialing decides which providers may be booked for which devices, and photo documentation runs on the same rails as the rest of the chart.

Skin treatments that live on a membership

HydraFacial, chemical peels, dermaplaning, microneedling and acne and melasma programs are repeat business, and repeat business belongs on a plan. Recurring memberships carry member pricing straight into checkout, recall automations bring people back when they are due rather than when someone remembers, and retention reporting shows which programs actually hold a client instead of only which ones sold well this month.

Body contouring, sold as a course rather than a visit

CoolSculpting, muscle stimulation, cellulite treatment and skin tightening are almost never a single appointment. Prepaid packages hold the remaining sessions as a real balance on the client record, so nobody at the counter has to guess how many are left. Progress photography is captured against each visit in the series, and outstanding package reporting tells you what you have been paid for but not yet delivered.

Medical weight management, run as a program

Semaglutide, tirzepatide and other GLP-1 programs are a subscription with a clinical record attached. Recurring billing handles the monthly charge, inventory tracks the vials by lot and expiry, automated messaging carries check ins and refill reminders, and charting templates keep the documentation consistent from visit to visit. Lipotropic and B12 injections are handled the same way, as a repeating service rather than a one off sale.

Hair, wellness, and whatever you add next

PRP hair restoration, exosome treatments, IV therapy and vitamin injections are all defined in your own service catalog. Nothing here is a fixed list we ship: a service you create carries its own duration, price, color, room and device requirements and the providers licensed to perform it, and every surface in the product follows that definition. Brand names on this page are the trademarks of their owners and appear only to describe treatments that clinics perform.

Questions

What clinics ask about Treatment types

Q1
Does Anyura only suit injectables clinics?
No. Injectables have the strictest requirements, so building for them well is what makes the rest straightforward. Laser, skin, body, weight management and wellness services all run on the same catalog, calendar, chart and checkout.
Q2
Can we track Botox and filler by the unit?
Yes. Product is tracked at lot level with its own quantity and expiry, and consumption is recorded against the lot, so units charted come off the vial and the treatment's real product cost is a number you can read.
Q3
We run a weight management program. Is that supported?
Yes. It is a recurring membership for the billing, inventory for the vials, automated messaging for the check ins, and a chart template for the documentation, all of which the product already does.
Q4
Do we have to use your names for services?
No. The service catalog is yours. Every service you define carries its own duration, price, color and provider assignments, and the calendar, invoice and reports all read that definition.
