Staff and Services
One place for the people and one place for what they perform
Anyura keeps staff and providers on one screen. There is no separate provider directory quietly drifting out of sync with the user list, because being able to perform services is a setting on a person rather than a second record somebody has to remember to update.
Staff and providers in one directory
Invite a user, assign a role, and switch on the ability to provide services when that person actually treats clients. Doing so reveals their schedule, the services they perform and their online booking controls. Anyone can be made bookable regardless of job title, which is how small clinics really operate whatever the org chart says.
Permissions with real granularity, not three fixed roles
Access runs against a full permission catalog rather than a handful of preset roles. Each staff member is edited against that catalog, so a front desk lead gets exactly the billing visibility you intend and nothing beyond it. Clinical signing, refund authority, reporting and settings access are four separate decisions, because in a clinic they are.
- Clinical signing
- refund authority
- reporting
- settings access
are four separate decisions
Working hours that drive the whole calendar
Every provider carries their own schedule and profile. Those hours decide where appointments can land, what the online booking page offers, and how utilization gets measured in reporting. Change the hours once and every surface follows.
Who is allowed to perform what
The provider and service matrix records which staff perform which treatments. Internal booking and public online booking read it separately, so you can let a provider be booked internally for a service without publishing that service to the world.
Questions
What clinics ask about Staff and services
- Can a staff member be both an administrator and a provider?
- Yes. Provider capability is independent of role, so the same person can run the clinic and treat clients.
- What happens when a staff member leaves?
- Archiving keeps their clinical history intact and releases their sign in email so a new account can reuse it.
- Can we give someone one extra permission without promoting them?
- Yes. Roles set the starting point, then individual permissions are edited against the full catalog.
