Anyura is the operating system for medical aesthetic clinics — scheduling, charting, billing, and the AI workflows clinics run their day on. As a senior engineer, you’ll own full-stack features end to end, from schema and API design through UI and production.

You’d be a fit if

  • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, owning systems others depend on.
  • Strong TypeScript and/or Python, with modern web frameworks such as React and Next.js.
  • Experience building backend systems — Node, Bun, NestJS, FastAPI, or similar.
  • Experience with distributed or stateful systems — RabbitMQ, Redis, MongoDB, or similar.
  • Experience with observability, logging, and debugging of AI systems.
  • Makes sound architecture calls, reviews code with judgment, and mentors other engineers.

Bonus

  • PostgreSQL performance tuning at scale.
  • Designing for fault tolerance and disaster recovery.
  • HCI experience, especially 2D interfaces (HAI / Generative UI).
